A baby cot and highchair are available on request. The penthouse is located on the second and top floor of a residential complex ‘ waterfront ‘, 200 meters from La Pirogue and Sugar Beach Hotel , Hilton and Sofitel . A large swimming pool is also available to residents of the complex. 200m away you will find a small supermarket for all commodities, as well as bread and newspapers. Restaurants and bars from 1,5 km on, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, etc. . HOUSEHOLD STAFF A housekeeper / cook will be present 2 to 3 hours per day from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). She cleans and does the ironing, washing up. Her services are included in the rental price up to 3h/day . Gratuity at your discretion. You can ask for overtime or babysitting , giving a minimum notice. For information , count 5 Euros an hour , a little more on weekends or holidays .
