A large off road car park will easily accommodate two large family cars. A shallow set of steps allow ambulant disabled access up to the rear entrance porch. The kitchen, dining area and first bedroom with en suite bath and walk in shower are all on the ground floor negating the need to ever go upstairs. For the more able bodied, the upstairs lounge features a South facing private balcony for Summer evening drinks. The lounge features a 32 inch HDMI television with Freesat and Freetime, a flame effect electric fire, matching leather settee and chair, a king sized sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a digital radio. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king sized double bed, a period wardrobe and dressing table and a private en suite with sink, toilet and shower. A single bedroom with private en suite facilities completes the internal features. Outside, a front terrace is perfect for al fresco breakfasts in the morning sun while a private terrace at the rear of the property is great for sunbathing and barbecues.
