Gite in a beautiful restored stone barn on the border of la Chapelle Salamard, a small village in the south west of the Corrèze. Lovely view from your terrace over pastures and woodland. On the groundfloor you will find the livingroom/equipped kitchen (gaskooker with oven, microwave etc.), upstairs two spacious bedrooms (sleeps 2 and 3), shower and separate wc. Terrace, large garden. Swing for the children.
The heating is electric. Tv, bbq, washingmachine, babybed.

Local Area DetailsGroceries can be done in Objat, just 3 kilometres away. On Sunday morning there is a fabulous market. For shopping Brive-la-Gaillarde is the place to be. Other places to visit: Arnac-Pompadour (national stud, castle), Donzenac (midieval town), le Saillant (canoing and swimmning in the Vezere), Turenne (castle), Collonges-la-Rouge, Hautefort (castle), Rocamadour and caves like Gouffre de Padirac and Lascaux.
Swimmingpools in Objat and Juillac, a nice lake at 15 kilometers.
The area is magnificent for walking.
