We are located on SH 4 at the top of the scenic Para Para Road. Our cabins, kitchen and dining facilites are new and wheelchair accessable. Our cabins sleep from 1-7 persons. We are within walking distance to the petrol station, mechanic, restauraunts, take-away shops, churches, small grocery shops and much more. We are right next door to the indoor swimming pool. The golf course is right down the road on your way to bike, hike or ski Mt. Ruapehu. If you tent with us you can choose to set up your tent between the river and the glow-worms in the beautiful private grassy area we call the tenters oval. A public playground and squash club is just across the road.

Local Area Details

We are in a great location for your day trips. One hour to Wanganui, 15 minutes to Mt. Ruapehu, 26 klms to Pipiriki and the Whanganui River, Taupo is aproximately 1:45 drive just to name a few. There is also a shuttle that you can arrange to get you out and about.
