This villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from being within walking distance to both Lagos Marina and the beach.
From the front entrance is a wide hallway, leading off to the right and left are the four bedrooms; three bedrooms have twin divan beds and en-suite shower rooms, the divan twin beds can be together and used as doubles. and the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have the luxury of en-suite bathrooms and patio doors out to the front terrace and pool area.
Up stairs there is a large spacious lounge and dining room that boasts fabulous views across the to the beach, there is a large balcony off from the lounge with outdoor dining furniture for 8.
The lounge has Satellite TV and an open fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out to a second balcony with built in BBQ and dining furniture.

Local Area DetailsThe villa is situated near Lagos Marina, overlooking the Meia Praia, the Marina which is about a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive
