It has its own balcony with a patio table and four chairs, a living and dining area (T.V and D.V.D supplied) along with an open plan kitchen,a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, twin beds and a double sofabed. The kitchen has an electric hob (cutlery and dining wear supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, An iron and ironing board,Towels and linen are provided. This apartment is ideal for a group of golfers, a small family or couple.

Local Area Details

The apartment is situated in the Green Park Complex in Golf Del Sur, 10 mins drive from Tenerife South’s Sofa Reina Airport. The apartment will sleep up to 4 people.The complex has 3 communal pools, all of different sizes (one been a children's pool.) The complex has an on site laundrette, supermarket, restaurant and bar. Table tennis and tennis courts are also situated here. There are some fantastic places to eat - something for everyone and somewhere different to try everynight of your holiday without venturing far!! The fairly long stretch of road leading into the Golf Del Sur is lined on both sides with the traditional palm trees associated with the Canaries and there is plenty of greenery around due to the very large golf course greens. This is a relatively new resort, and is considered to be the "elite" area of Tenerife, something that the Canarians are trying very hard to retain; you won't find the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts here. Only recently is the "The Golf" becoming known to the tourist, many still have yet to hear of it.
Due to the tranquillity of the Golf del Sur this resort is ideal for those who wish to really chill out and relax on holiday, it is also ideal for families with young children being a somewhat safer area, and for the golfer it is "golfers paradise" with a 27 hole championship golf course on your doorstep. There is only one night club in the area unlike Las America/ Los Cristianos (Las Americas 12km and Los Cristianos 7km away from the Golf Del Sur) The Golf's main square "San Blas" is the central point for evening entertainment with live cabaret acts and music to entertain you along with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. There are also various bars and restaurants all around the resort catering for different tastes.
A new Marina is in its final construction days and new restaurants have just opened along the water front. With the Marina and beach in place this will become a very popular destination for those tourists who do not wish to encounter the extreme nightlife of the other resorts every night of their holiday. However for an occasional night out to the noisier resorts a taxi can be hired for a 10-15min drive at a small cost or why not hire a car for the week, so you can explore the island!!! The apartment is available all year round, whether it’s a one or two week holiday or even a long weekend.
