this villa is set high on a hillside with magnificant views over the mediterrean and the sierra nevadas in the distance. It is five minutes from the pictureque white washed town of Salobrena yet only 1 hour from Malaga airport and 45mins from the beautiful city of Granada.
The villa sleeps four in two double bedrooms ,one has its own ensuite bathroom with seperate shower,bath,two wash basins,bidet all of which is tiled floor to ceiling. The other bedroom has use of a seperate shower room toilet and built in washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer,microwave,electric oven gas hob,toaster and coffee machine.off the kitchen is a small laundry. The dining room seats four and
has large picture windows overlooking the swimming pool and large sun terrace and built in bbq.
There is a large lounge with seating for six,a cd player and sky tv.
In the winter there is a large wood burner for those chilly evenings when the sun has gone down.
Large patio doors lead from the lounge onto a sun terrace where there is a little shade as the villa gets the sun from 8 in the morning until late evening.

Local Area Details

Salobrena is the nearest town ,with its moorish castle and beautiful white washed houses nestled around it. The town remains unspoilt, with a good range of traditional spanish restaurants,tapas bars and stretches of beach with not a kiss me quick hat in sight.
Almunecar is the next town,which offers a bit more life but is where the spanish come for their holidays,so is definatly a place to visit.
Another place not to miss is Granada,only 45mins drive and well worth a visit ,also include the ALhambra.
