The area... This stylish "loft" apartment is located in the best part of the Gothic Quarter. The area, known as El Born or La Ribera has its own special atmosphere, full of narrow, winding streets. It´s renowned for its great variety of charming restaurants, offering quality "tapas", Mediterranean cuisine, the best seafood in town. There are also plenty of bars with their own "terrazas". The locals and a handful of tourists know the right places to be in and give El Born its modern, artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

In just a few streets, you will find art galleries, artists studios, designer shops and museums such as the Picasso and Textile Museums.

Overlooking a pedestrian street (2 balconies) and in front of a tree filled square with a fountain, the apartment is 5 minutes from the harbour in the Barceloneta area, and continuing straight on, a 10 minute walk to the beach. Las Ramblas is to your right and the leafy tranquillity of La Ciutadella Park is 5 minutes to your left.
