The exellent apartment has a good sized living/dining room area complete with sofa bed, dining table and chairs. There is a television ENGLISH CANNELS and video recorder with a selection of videos avaliable. The living room area opens onto a large terrace balconey over looking pool, which is furnished with garden table and four chairs and two sun loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, touster and washing machine.
An iron and ironong baord are also provided.
Ther are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double with fitted wardrobes, bedroom two is a twin room, also with fitted wardrobes.
The accomodation has a large family bathroom, comprising of a bath, over head shower, WC, bidet and a sink with mirror.
Off street parking is available along with two communal swimming pools outside the apartment.
Local Area DetailsTorrevieja is fortunate to have many award winning european blue flag beaches along its coast line. The nearest just being 1.5 km from the apartment. Whether its beach life, nature, shopping, culture or night life you are looking for the Torrevieja area has it all.
Restaurants, bars, and a local supermarket are within a 20 minute (approx)walk from the accomodation. The apartment is situated conveniently approx 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Alicante itself is approx 50/55 minute drive and in the opposite direction are the cities of Murcia and Cartgena about a 40 minute drive away.
