Property Details of Algarve Apartment

Brand new apartments on the eastern side of Albufeira. It is just 5 minutes by car to Falesia beach and also close to Pinecliffs Golf Course.

Being on the edge of Albufeira means that the apartment is actually in the countryside and has some lovely views around it - including a field of orange trees.

The apartments themselves have a spacious lounge/diner with television, dining suite and a lounge suite with a double sofa bed. The are two twin bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower/wc. There is also a full bathroom by the side of the second bedroom. In some of the apartments the twin beds can be joined and fitted with double sheets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

Air conditioning or fans are provided in every apartment.

An outside set of table and chairs and sun loungers are also provided on terrace or balcony. Upstairs apartments have large balcony/terrace with their own barbeque. Other apartments share the large communal barbeques situated in the landscaped grounds.

The condominium is "closed" which means that it is enclosed so that no unauthorised person has access to its landscaped gardens and the 16m swimming pool which, as can be seen from the picture, has views across the countryside.

There is parking available in front of the condominium and a garage parking space can be provided if required.

Maid service is provided twice a week but if you'd like this service more often it can be arranged.

All linen is provided as are towels, except that guests are asked to bring their own swimming and beach towels.

Ground floor and top (2nd) floor apartments available. All furnished to the same high standard. All have same facilities, save top floor apartments have terrace and their own barbecue. Ground floor apartments have a terrace front and back and use of the two large barbecues in the grounds.

Local Area Details

Albufeira centre is just a few minutes' drive away. Here are restaurants, nightclubs - Albufeira has just about anything you could possibly want.

Within a comfortable distance from the apartment are water parks, golf courses, many beaches, karting, Zoomarine, boat trips and cruises and much more.
