The cottage is fully equipped (including the kitchen) and sleeps 2-3 people. It is made up of an open space which has been nicely subdivided and includes a king size bed, kitchen, living area with a sofa, fireplace and shower room. Linen and towels can be provided at a minimal additional cost. You will be able to cook and use the oven. The cottage has heating and can be rented throughout the year. It is located on a lovely hill from which you will be able to admire the lake and the surrounding nature. It's location is very quiet and peaceful, allowing you to relax completely and feel at one with nature. The land on which the cottage is built is surrounded by a dozen or so olive trees. The cottage is 60 Km from Fiumicino airport the main airport in Rome. It is about a 40 minute drive. The airport of Ciampino is a about an hours drive away and is the one used by companies such as Ryanair and other low cost airlines. There is also a train station which is 10 minutes away Anguillara which will take you to the centre of Rome in 30 minutes. We definitely recommend a car as the cottage is on a hill, 5 minutes away from the lake. A sewage system and a strict control of the use of pesticides in the surrounding area make the water so clean that it acts as an emergency reservoir for Rome. For this reason motor boats are forbidden, making the lake ideal for sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.
