Denia also has miles of sandy beaches. Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling areas with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal (beach) small, sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
