Pretty two bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has recently been refurbished and offers comfortable living accommodation. This consists of a one double bedroom and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Sunny lounge with television and comfortable seating leading to a cozy well equipped kitchen. There are two dining areas, one inside and one on an open terrace which leads to a barbeque area.
Outside there is a very large, private walled garden with a brand new pool. There is ample terracing with sun loungers around the pool, also some shady areas under the mature trees. There is plenty of secure parking.

The villa is close to all the main facilities in Javea , ideal family villa.

About Weather/Climate/Temperature

Seward's weather is quite mild most of the year. Summer is not usually hot, but given global warming, it's not a bad idea to have a pair of shorts & a tee shirt just in case. Otherwise, just pack layers of clothes.
