Our two bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3 floor building.The apartment is set in beautiful landscape grounds with three large pools, all with shallow pools for the children.The grounds are accessed through vehicular electric gate & lockable pedestrian gate[with tv monitor],& the flat block has intercom access.Children love the pools & can play safely as the grounds are very secure.The pools are never too busy & there is not normally any fighting for sunbeds!
The apartment has two balconies for all day sunshine fully equipped with sunbeds & patio furniture.The views from the main balcony are beautiful sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all common utentils together with electric oven & hob,large fridge freezer ,microwave,toaster,electric kettle & washing machine.
The main bathroom has shower ,toilet & sink,& the en-suite has bath/shower,toilet & sink.
Both bedrooms are well furnished with large wardrobes,dressing table & bedroom side cabinets.
The hallway has a large cupboard.
An iron & ironing board,hair dryer,cool box & electric heaters for the low season are provided.
The large living & Dining room have Satellite TV.
A separate Breakfast area has a table & 4 seats.

Local Area Details

Calahonda is located 10 minutes from Marbella & the airport is a 30 minute drive.The area consists of mainly low level apartments & villas.
Calahonda is a quite area,but with easy access to all the activities,attractions & resorts on the Costa de sol.
There is three good restaurants[one which is well known for it`s excellent food & cheap prices] & a local shop all located 5 minutes walk away.The main shops in Calahonda have supermarkets,banks,restaurants,taxi ranks.The best shops are the hypermarkets at both Fuengirola & Marbella
which are excellent for most things at very good prices.Nearby the marina of Cabopino & La Cala are both excellent for good bars & a variety of restaurants,& as with Calahonda have good beaches.
