Property Details of Tenerife Apartment
we loved this apartment the first time we saw it, as we entered the door there was an immediate impression of space and light, with the large windows and patio door leading on to the double balcony. It is beautifully furnished an decorated with a bed/settee and armchair, satellite TV, video, radio/cassette/cd, table and chairs in the lounge/dining room. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds bolted together to make a king size double, the other has 2 single beds, both have a ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Local Area DetailsGreen Park has 3 bars, 2 snack bars, an upmarket restaurant, a supermarket, a launderette and car hire as well as a self service buffet restaurant. The are 3 pools, with one heated, and plenty of sunbeds around the pools. There are games organised on the multifunction court for the more energetic. It is on the prestigious Golf del Sur resort, with it's championship 27 hole golf course only 5mins walk, there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants around the resort, especially on the San Blas Commercial centre, which is about 30mins walk. The Grandee O'Donalds Irish bar, across the road from Green Park, has entertainment every night. Las Americas, with all it's attractions is only 20mins by car or taxi.
