MARROWELL is a detached bungalow with full double-glazing and heating. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing on to fields. The back garden is secure and gated and parking is in the driveway.

Accommodation is for a maximum of four people. Bedroom 1 has a 4'6" double bed with duvet, and Bedroom 2 has 3'0" twin beds with duvets.
The Bathroom has a wash basin, close-coupled WC, bath and electric shower.

The Kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven and hob, refrigerator and microwave. There is a freezer and tumble drier in the utility area where the barbeque is stored too.

In the south-facing Lounge/Dining room there is a remote control colour television and DVD player.

Bedlinen and electricity are inclusive, but please bring your own towels for personal and beach use. Please arrange with me when booking if you would like basic groceries to be supplied.

Tickets for the Eden Project are available from Sandra at The Granary, Boswinger. We also offer mountain bike hire at The Granary - please book in advance with Sandra.

Where we are:

Gorran Haven village is set in a deep valley on the South Eastern tip of the Roseland Peninsula. Gorran Haven has two beaches and a tiny harbour. The local Inn, The Llawnroc, has a garden with lovely views over the coastline, and it's possible to eat there as well as in The Smugglers House. Gorran Haven is surrounded by National Trust managed land, which includes beautiful cliff walks, safe beaches and coves, all totally unspoilt. The village has a PO, hairdresser, butcher, general stores, fish and chip shop and tea shop/restaurant in the Customs House. Gorran Haven is served by a comfortable Community Bus, and the timetable includes travel to various places of interest including Heligan, St Austell, Truro and Trago Mills.

Just over two miles away is Mevagissey, with its double harbour, model railway, shops, pubs, restaurants and fishing opportunities. For garden lovers there are many gardens within easy each by car; including Probus, Trebah - with its own beach - Trelissick and, of course, Heligan. The very popular Lost Gardens of Heligan are within five miles and our local vineyard is at Polmassick.

At St Austell there is a Leisure Centre with a swimming pool, ten pin bowling at the Ozzell Bowl, a brewery, film centre and many shops including Tesco and Asda. Just to the east is the much talked about spectacular Eden Project, with the world's largest controlled climate biomes.
