The main house consists of a living room complete with fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, comfortable sofas, DVD player and coffee table.

There is a a double downstairs bedroom painted in fresh blues with whitewashed furniture giving the room a tranquil beach feel. The room offers a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror with a shower room, toilet and wash basin next door.
Beautiful bright kitchen equipped with built in hob, oven and extractor fan, kettle, dish washer, iron large fridge freezer, microwave and a juice maker sliding doors connect the kitchen to the dining comprising of a large table to seat 10 persons. Leading from the dining area is the exquisite covered terrace decorated in a Mediterranean style which is a perfect area for dining al-fresco. An outside dining table is provided plus lazy day sofas and a coffee table this area is perfect for chilling and relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The Villa also features agames room offering a flat screen TV complete with WII, X-Box, computer games, plus a sofa bed. A computer is also provided with broadband internet connection. Separate utility and storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and boasts a large walk-in-wardrobe, flat screen TV, plenty of storage space and a large shower room en-suite with a rejuvenating spa/power shower.
The two other bedrooms both offer walk in wardrobes, twin beds and share a large family bathroom with a shower/bath, wash basin and toilet
The Annexe of the villa is located next to the pool and has its own entrance as well as a connecting door back into the main body of the house. Large bedroom with double bed, wardrobes with a separate shower room/wc and wash basin. The Annexe also offers a small sitting area complete with a flat screen TV and DVD player, small fridge, kettle and microwave.

The pool area has been beautifully created in an Arabesque style with a large feature arch and seating area. The pool has steps in to the shallow end and is 9.4x5 meters in size. Parasols, sun beds, garden furniture, barbecue, and chairs are all provided. The pool is completely enclosed by a wooden fence which can be locked making it inaccessible to small children. The rear of the villa offers a large grassed area idea for children to run about and play. Small swing and slide is also provided.
The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated throughout and is additional. The cost is €5 per unit per day. Each room offering one unit.
