Our Tack Room Cottage is a double bedded studio cottage in the grounds of our bed and breakfast. It has a lovely beamed lounge with tv/video and delightful kitchen overlooking the paddock and an en-suite bathroom. There is a patio area with table and chairs for relaxing in the summer.

Local Area Details

Our house is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is just below The South Downs Way with miles of footpaths for walking, cycling or riding. Although in a quiet lane we are only 15mins from Brighton with its hustle and bustle and for visiting The Royal Pavilion, shopping in The Lanes or going to the beach or just enjoying the nightlife. Fot the gardeners among you we are close to many gardens such as Borde Hill, Leonardslee, Denmans and Beech Hurst and we are also close to many National Trust houses such as Wakehurst Place, Sheffield Park and Nymans.
