This privately owned condo is in a prime location known as Pinoteau Village, an all year round, four-star resort complex in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Eastern Canada's finest four season and world class recreational area. Mont Tremblant offers a great range of recreation which , during the winter includes first class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, trails, tubing, Nordic spa, etc. In the summer, spring, and fall, seven golf courses, boating, horse back riding, swimming, fishing, mountain and trail biking, and much more. The condo which has an outstanding view, is in a quiet location, yet is within one kilometer (Km) of the main Mont Tremblant ski and recreation centre. This is a European-style village, tastefully accomodated with shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, apres ski, festivals, and entertainment of all kinds throughout the year. The Le Geant main tremblant golf course also adjounds the resort and is a two minute walk. Included free with the condo are all the facilities offered by the Pinoteau four-star resort (private supervised large outdoor heated pool, and private lake front beach, tennis etc). However, the rates are a fraction of those for identical condos rented directly from Pinoteau Village or its agents including the central Tremblant Resevations central agency. Availabile for 2 or 5 days or weekly throughout the year, the savings are in the region of 30% or more. A shuttle runs from the resort to the mountain at regularly during the ski season. Equipped to sleep 6 comfortably, but with an additional folding bed for an additional person if necessary, the spectacular view overlooks the private swimming pool, Lake Tremblant, and the ski slopes. The resort also has a 1000 foot, private, supervised beach with loungers, and boating (kayaks, canoes, sail boats, row boats are free, and motors for fishing boats are for hire). Both pool and beach are supervised by qualified life guards. The condo is also within a two minute walk of the famous Le Geant golf course and bicycle, hiking and cross country ski trails run right past. The two bedroom/2 bathroom condo comes fully-equipped with spacious living room, kitchen, as well as two bathrooms and showers, one of which includes a jacuzzi tub. The living/dining room has a log fireplace, and includes a hideaway sofa bed, color cable TV, VCR, and CD/tape stereo/radio. Enjoy meals on the balcony during the summer, or watch the skiers on the mountain in winter and don't forget the fall rhapsody of colours. The balcony is accessible from the living room or master bedroom via their own patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with full-size refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a folding portable bed if necesary. This second bedroom overlooks the trees and hills at the rear of the resort Bed Linens, blankets and towels are supplied and additional maid service can be arranged. Initial cleaning is included.
