Our house has incredible views over a bay, with views including Wilsons Promontory, Snake Island, and a range of mountains. Although it is just a few minutes walk to the beach, it is also just a few minutes drive to the gates of the Wilsins Promontory National Park, which has some of the World's best beaches.

The house is located on 1 h. (2.5 acres) of grass/bush land, and is surrounded by foreshore bush on one side, and a huge dairy farm on the other. The house is on a hill that slopes down to the water, and on 'Duck Point', so we have 180 degree views.

Local Area Details

The house is located in Corner Inlet in a very small country town called Yanakie. Although there are many attractions within a short drive of the house (Sandy Point, Shallow Inlet, Waratah Bay), the major feature is Wilsons Promontory National Park - or 'The Prom' as it is known.

The Prom has all of the Australian wildlife you could hope to see. It has beautiful surf beaches (and safe swimming areas) and excellent walks.
