The Cottage is a private studio apartment located in Provincetown’s East End, just a ten minute walk from the center of town, McMillan Pier, where the ferry arrives daily from Boston.
The unit is equipped with a queen size bed, Jacuzzi bathtubin the bathroom, a full kitchen with a gas stove and all utensils, 27” television with 40 channel cable, high speed DSL internet access, stereo, barbeque on a secluded deck overlooking the woods, and parking for one car.
The space are finished with yellow pine flooring and window trim, Vermont slate floors in the kitchen areas, and a decorative tile bathroom.

| July & August we rent by the only week for $1,200. In-season, May 20th to October 20th we rent by the night with 4 night minimum for $185 per night. In the off-season we rent for $165 per night with a 2 night minimum. |
