Condo Association will enforce vehicle restrictions. Violater's vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
House Parties of any kind are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with-out a refund.
Loud Noises and Obnoxious or Dangerous Behavior are prohibited.
