These luxury apartments are situated along the peaceful Vera beachfront.
They are situated within a exclusive gated complex. They are on the ground and first floor. The first floor have balconies at the front and back and the ground floor have a patio. All apartments come with outside dining table and chairs. There is a choice of apartments facing the pool or away from the pool.The apartment sleeps four, one twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge, which sleeps two. The luxury apartments are fully furnished in good taste with pine units, marbled floors, fully fitted kitchen and washing machine, microwaves, iron, ironing board, a complete set of cooking utensils, satellite tv indoor dining table and outdoor dining table and chairs to soak up the view while you enjoy your meal. The apartments are designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers.
This is a very peaceful location with no through traffic allowed. Which also makes the area very safe for children to explore. There are restaurants, shops, bars and a bank all within the grounds.
There are several restaurants along the beachfront, a fresh fish restaurant, a pizzeria and continental restaurant. Also a bar, which opens in the evening with, snooker tables, music and snacks. The Dali restaurant is also situated in the complex where they hold regular theme nights with live shows.

The facilities consist of two large open-air swimming pools, one of which has food and sports facilities such as water aerobics and children?s club, while the other is more for relaxation, both are surrounded by gardens.

In addition there is an indoor heated pool, which is covered by a glass dome (ideal for the early morning swim) and for the winter months. There is also a Jacuzzi and for fitness during your stay, there is a private gymnasium* and two nearby golf courses.

The beach which is very clean (award winning) is located at 100m from the apartments. A lovely flat sandy beach by a designated nature reserve, ?never overcrowded?.
This is a very good complex for group booking?s as there are many facilities, where you can all join in the entertainments together and still have the freedom or separate apartments.

Or should you require a private transfer this can be organised at an additional cost of (65.00 Euros) each way. Car prices start at 88.00 Euros per week approx ?56.00, or otherwise can be booked quite easily at the airport.

Local Area Details

The Costa de Almeria is located in the South East of Spain, tucked away between the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol. Generally, the area has yet to be discovered by the Tourist industry and is consequently still rural and typically Andalucian.Almeria is an area steeped in Andalucian tradition, with the historic villages of Mojacar, Turre, Los Gallardos and Garrucha all within easy reach of Vera Apartments
Situated nearby is a new Aqua park, with water shoots, slides, and pools. You can also drive to the western park where you can take in the cowboy shows or even be a cowboy for a day with your own horse.Mojacar beach has many restaurants, water sports and entertainments and is just five minutes drive away, either by car or the regular bus service that runs along the coast.A new promenade leads from the apartments into the local fishing village of Garrucha. Enjoy relaxing in one of the local fresh fish restaurants along the Marina, while watching the fisherman arrive with their daily catch. Many amenities are to be found in Garrucha, restaurants, bars, a large open-air market & plenty of traditional Spanish shops.
