The apartment has an electric water heater that will provide hot water for bathroom, shower and kitchen needs. If you are not afraid of heights, we can offer you a luxurious attic with high stand furniture and direct access to a private terrace on the roof where you will be able to sunburn while enjoying the vicinities. For those who need more freedom of movement we suggest renting a car, we'll be happy to arrange it for you with a rent a car company. You may get a car either in the Alicante airport or in Benidorm upon arrival.
You will never have problems with parking - there is a private garage in the housing estate and it is free!

If for some reasons you decide not going to the beach, there is a private, communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded by a green area with a paddle court and a children play ground.
