November to March: Eu. 2000; Xmas and Easter weeks: Eu. 2400; April: Eu. 2100; May and October: Eu. 2300; June and September: Eu. 2500; July: Eu. 2700; August: Eu. 2900.
Prices include: 1 set of bed linen per bed per week - 2 hand towels per person per week - Electricity, water and gas consumption - Initial cleaning of the villa, swimming pool and garden prior to guests' arrival. All taxes included.
Prices do not include: The following costs are to be paid upon arrival: Final Cleaning of Villa and pool: Euro 200. Heating during the cooler season: Euro 150 weekly for a daily 8 hours heating - A refundable breakage deposit of Euro 800 is to be handed over to the Villa Owner upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property, and will be returned to Guests upon departure. Please bring your own pool towels. During the cooler season, the pool is closed.

Villa L'ULIVO is situated on a hillside in a commanding position, with a 180° breathtaking, open views onto the Lake, the gentle rolling hills and the deep green Roman Countryside.
Those stunning views are enjoyed from every corner of the property, and come into the villa through its large glass windows like live paintings. Garden tables, chairs and sun beds are scattered in the garden and on the paved solarium by the pool, where you can enjoy barbequing fragrant steaks while sipping a chilled glass of excellent Italian Wine.
