Housed in a newly remodeled 1914 building, the Silverbow is a boutique hotel which blends the comforts and convenience of a bed and breakfast with the character and charm of a European-style urban pension.

The lobby contains an eclectic collection of antiques and personal memorabilia. There is a large breakfast table, easy chairs, a library, games and puzzles.

Each room is individually decorated and equipped with a full bath, cable television and a private phone line.
After a good night's sleep you will wake up to the wonderful breakfast buffet of hot bagels, breads and pastries from our bakery. Breakfast also includes gourmet sausages, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, eggs, homemade granola, fresh brewed coffee, tea, and juice.

Your hosts, who live in the building, are available to share their extensive knowledge of Juneau and Alaska. They want your stay to be as special as possible.

The Silverbow is in the heart of historic downtown Juneau. We are located two short blocks from the State Capitol, the Juneau Convention Center, the waterfront, and the shops and restaurants of South Franklin Street.

The downtown area has something for everyone. Whether you are an avid hiker, or a city stroller, it's all within easy walking distance. There are tours, museums, theater, and even a mountain view right from your window!
For some activities, like catching a ferry or skiing down a mountain, you will have to go a little further.
