Villa Lillian Bed and Breakfast Studio FROM 40 Euro's per couple per night, is situated approx. 250 metres from the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, the studio has complete privacy, with it's own private patio area, with table and chairs and sun canopy. The Bed and Breakfast studio also has a DRINKS FRIDGE (NO FOOD ALLOWED)and also the use of the tranquil communal swimming pool. There is also access to the Golf club house where you can wine and dine or just have a quite drink at the bar. The Bed and Breakfast overlooks the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club, this is an 18 hole championship golf course. In the close proximaty of La Marquesa there are another 4 Golf Courses.

Local Area Details

The studio is approx 4.5 km from the beach resort of Gaurdamar, which is a ten minute drive. Further affield you will find the beaches of Alicante, Santa Pola, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Torrevieja and many many more. They are all Blue flag beaches. On the Costa Blanca North coast line there is of course the resorts of Benidorm, Valencia and to the South La Manga. All these resorts are within easy driving distance, thanks to the excellent road network.
TRAVEL
The nearest Airport is Alicante which is approx 25 Miles away. The next airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is approx 35 Miles away.
Apart from Ciudad Quesada where the studio is situated, there is the village of Rojales which is just 1 mile away, it has a typical spanish market every Thursday. There is also the beach resort of Guardamar which is approx. 4.5 km away. There are many spanish villages in the area for you to visit. In the immediate area there are countless Bars, Restaurants. There are Banks, Chemist and Supermarkets. For those who like to explore there are the beautiful towns of Elche, Oriheula, Murcia and lots more. The studio is ideal for inspection trips, Completion trips as well as a holiday.
PAYMENT is required on arrival at the Bed and Breakfast studio. If booking is made well in advance then we would require a 30% booking deposit.
