There is a very large communal garden with furniture. There is ample parking for cars and boats.
The studio is situated close to some of Cornwall best beaches. ROCK is one of the major watersports centres in Cornwall offering sailing, water skiing, canoeing and rowing, or stroll along the sandy beach have a paddle in the clear blue water, then browse in the shops or have lunch in many of the excellent pubs and restaurants, admire the breathtaking view of Rock.
PADSTOW take a short ferry from Rock and visit Rick Stiens world renowed Fish Restaurant and shop. Padstow also has a stunning sandy beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants. DAYMER BAY is ideal for wind surfing, but the calm waters appeal to parents with young children. POLZEATH is surfers paradise, wet suit hire and lessons, with an abundance of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, and the vast expanse of sandy beach means there's plenty of room for everyone. WADEBRIDGE only 7 minutes away on the River Camel provides a level, safe off-road walking and cycling route running along the course of the former Bodmin to Padstow railway. Eden Project only 40 minutes away. There are numerous golf courses including the seaside links of Trevose and St.Endoc.
