Parrot estate villa is one mile - 3 minutes to the pristine, white and yellow sandy Englishman's bay beach.
2 bedroom, 2 ensuite bath room, sleep 2 to maximun of 6.
The villa is of Caribbean style, with 4,000 sq.ft under roofs, connected to a 16 x 16 ft dream gazebo with terra cotta all around and panoramic view to the Caribbean Sea and Island Range. Includes 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 additional and comfortable folding beds, a 24 x 24 ft living room with kitchenette and bar with sea view and oven. Washing machine and dryer 6 x 52" Hunter ceiling fans. All amenities, linen, beach towel and new beach mat are provided. Very comfortable. Complimentary fruits from our garden, bananas, limes all year round. Mangos and avocados when in the season (July - September)
The villa has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queens to join or separate. In addition two comfortable folding beds are available upon request. The villa has a telephone, main electricity 110v with several sockets and 2 x 220v sockets with an extension line to the gazebo, for computer or other devices.
In addition, there is a back up 10KW generator. As the power networking in Tobago can be a little temperamental, we have for extra comfort a 10KW generator with an automatic switch and a timer, so you are never without electricity. A gas barbecue is also under roof, set on its own stone pad and close to the gazebo. There is also a children swing close by and in view.
Out doors and gazebo. As Caribbean life is mostly outdoors and with the 16 x 16ft gazebo connected under roof to the house, you won't get wet, even if it rains havely. After part or the whole day out, there is nothing like being back in tranquility and pure air. There are 3 oversized Hatteras hammock and loungers.
Garden. We took great care abd invested much money to have a lovely Caribbean garden, with a large variety of flowers and fruit trees. Everybody admires the 20 - overhanging bougainvillea baskets around the roof perimeter and gazebo, even the humming birds, bananaquit and other tropical birds fly in and check the flowers close to you. a spectacle you will never forget. Local Area DetailsActivities are plenty. Swimming, snorkelling, scuba - diving is great at the Enlglisman's bay and to change location try another beaches, sites from 10 to 30 minutes away. There is pair of snorkelling equipment in the house. size 7 / 38 and 11 / 43. Trekking is possible, there is a track close by or just walking on the Mountain Road to the Range. In the house bookcase, there is abook called Trekking in Trinidad and Tobago. Golf in romantic Tobago! Mount Irvine GolfCourse, 30 minutes from the villa, a truly International reoutation for it magnificient 18 hole championship course, covering 125 acres, 6,500 yards long.

On arrival at the villa, you will find fresh fruits on the counter. In the refrigerator minreral water, soft drinks , Carib beers and vacuum coffee. Toast bread and basic food for your first breakfast.

During your stay, complimentray fres fruits from our garden, bananas, limes all year round, mango and avocado when in the season (July - September)
