Local Area DetailsCasa Carlos is a comfortable, well-equipped, nicely furnished and spacious newly constructed villa, located within short walking distance of the town and beaches of Moraira. It is detached villa completely walled-in with own large private pool, air-conditioning/heating, and ideal for families with small children and older children.

The ground floor consists a lounge-dining room, with a satellite television system, opening out into the pool area and a large terrace with own barbecue. There is a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and one ground floor bedroom with own shower-room and separate cloakroom.

The first floor consists one master bedroom with own bathroom and private terrace.
