The cottage is just a few steps away from the lake and the centre village with the railway station (local train to Rome every 30'). Completely furnished, with pizza oven and barbecue in the garden, sun beds and sitting area around the pool, parking. The owners, who live in the main adjacent villa, speak English and are available to help and advise. The cottage is composed by a double bed area, or 2 separate twin beds, a comfortable sofa-double bed in front of that, a kitchen corner fully equipped with sink, refrigerator, freezer, cook stove with oven, table and seating for 4. The bathroom has a large stone shower cabin and hair dryer. Central independent heating with radiator and/or cast iron woodstove with oven (wood available for free). Satellite TV and radio, free internet ADSL wireless and cable, iron with ironing board, washing machine, baby cot and high chair. Outside Exit directly to the swimming pool overlooking the lake(10x5 meters; 0,60 to 2.50 meters deepth). The large private ed elegant garden - 40.000 sq feet - is furnished with sun beds and protected seating area under the patio with stone barbecue and pizza oven.
