Details: open space room of 30 sq.meters, with bed area (king size or 2 single beds) overlooking the lake, kitchen corner fully equipped with seating for 4, bathroom with brick shower cabin, comfortable sofa double bed, Satellite TV and radio, free DSL internet wireless. Central independent heating by gas and additional cast iron by wood.
Outdoor, the swimming pool (10 x 5 m) overlooks at the lake in a garden of 1200 sq.meters. Sun beds around the pool. Patio with pizza oven and brick barbecue by the seating area for 6, where enjoy open air meals, parking. The owners, who live in the main villa, speak English and are available to help and advice.

Note: Open from January to December. The swimming pool is closed during the cooler season.

Local Area Details

The regional park of the lake Bracciano is the only one still undiscovered area in the nearby of Rome outside from the crowdy tourism. Within the protected area there are various centres principally rural, that with their gastronomic and village traditions make this an ideal place to stay for a while. The lake is vorbidden to the motors. The town of Bracciano count 14.000 inhabitans, is 280 m. above sea level, in a deligthful location with his historical medieval center and the majestic Odescalchi Castle (the cottage is just below that), some belvedere.
