Our luxury Andalousia style villa is in the Green Valley heights of SAINT FRANCOIS, a quiet residential area of GRASSE sweeping views towards the hills across the valley. It is surrounded by a garden planted with Mediterraneans trees, and plants ( old olive trees and rosemary, lavender mimosa etc...
The VILLA APARTMENT is situated on the ground floor of the Property and is totally private and independent with its own entrance and spacious terrace which overlook onto the pool, the garden and the valley.
The double living-room is decorated in the Proven硬 style and has a sofa bed, a round marble table and chairs, armchairs and a television satellite with hi-fi cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equiped and included a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator. It opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, which overlooks the swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms, both pleasantly furnished and well lit. One decorated in blue tones and the other in beige and ivory.
The blue room is a double bedroom and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
There are also two bathrooms, one with bath and toilets (wc), the other with shower and toilets (wc) and another separate toilet (wc).
The swimming pool, is surrounded by wrought iron fencing gates and equipped with sunloungers.
There is a covered parking for cars to keep them cool.
