A cocktail bar on the top (second) floor with outdoor patio from where one has spectacular views of Hout Bay beach, the famous Chapman's Peak Drive, mountain, harbour and marina.
Piacere has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and double eye level oven.
There is an outside mobile BBQ, double garage, fully secure with alarm and safe.
Cleaning services available if so required. Cleaning service fee not included in the costs.
Local Area DetailsPiacere is situated across the road from the beach, close to local amenities including many famous restaurants like Mariners Wharf and the famous Butchers Grill. Twenty minutes drive from V&A Waterfront and the city bowl with lots of entertainment including a vibrant night life, local sight seeing with trips to Robin Island and more. The house is situated on the Cape peninsula making exploring easy to places such as Cape Point, about one hours' drive away. Further a field is the world renowned garden route and friendly deserted West Coast which is easily accessible.
