The blue flag beaches of La Zenia are within easy walking distance the nearest being just less than 1km. There are sea front walks to adjoining beaches and the marina at Cabo Roig.
Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are all within 8 kms of the house. The La Manga complex is just 40kms.
The nearest supermarket is 300metres and there is a proliferation of bars and restaurants just past the supermarket.
Further restaurant complexes are to be found at Via Park (approx 600 metres) and Villamartin (5kms).
Torrevieja is the nearest town (6kms) and nearby are Mar Menor, Alicante, Elche, Cartagena, Murcia and Orihuela.
On Saturday mornings a large street market takes place approximately 800 metres from the property. Most days there are local markets at nearby towns and villages.
