Located 5 minutes from Crystal Palace Casino and Cable Beach in the beautiful Sandyport Resort. Condo is set within the wide canals and colonial charm of the famed Sandyport Marina Village a quaint Old World atmosphere. You can watch the boats come and go from the balcony of your waterfront condo above the European cafes and exclusive boutiques that line the canal front. There are ocean views from all the front windows. The side windows that face east get a beautiful breeze and a view of the Marina and the canal that runs all through the resort and out to the ocean. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, and both have ocean views. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi tub and shower. Also has a king size bed, walk in closet, with door wall and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath across the hall. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. A large balcony runs the length of the living room and dining room. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences. All very tastefully decorated. The condo is brand new just completed in late 2002.

A pub, gym, medical clinic, and church all within the resort. Many shops and specialty stores, 1/4 mile of oceanfront sandy beach with private access, an Old English Double Decker Bus runs daily free of charge to take you to Crystal Palace Casino and Cable Beach area. Grocery store within walking distance. There is a street festival every Saturday with live music right in Olde Towne. 24 hour security patrol.
