Stunning 5Bedroom/3Bathroom villa set amongst Orange Groves on new prestigious development called Orange Tree on Highway 27 just off the 192 only 15 mins to DISNEY.
Our villa is`called THE PRIDE & whilst styaing with us you will enjoy TOTAL PRIVACY as our villa has a Privacy Fence all around it enabling you to swim,sunbathe & Dine al-fresco without being overlooked.
On entering the villa you will come to the first of our two Living areas, this room overlooks the pool & has been furnished to totally relax in after a long but enjoyable day at the Theme Parks. Next you come to the FAMILY ROOM this has patio doors leading out to the pool it is light & airy has plenty of comfortable seating where you can sit & watch the 42" Plasma Cable T.V or watch a movie on the DVD/VCR or just sit & listen to some music on the CD System.
The KITCHEN & LAUNDRY room both come equipped with every amenity needed for your stay Fridge/Freezer,Ice-Maker,Microwave,Dishwasher,Cooker,Washing Machine,Dryer,Iron,Ironing Board plus plenty more also plenty of Glasses,Crockery & Cookware should you decide to stay in & eat.
We have a Breakfast Bar & a Dining area this has patio doors leading onto the patio where you will find extra Dining Facilities.
There are five Bedrooms these are the KING MASTER SUITE with full en-suite bathroom consisting of Roman style Bath,Large Walk-in shower,His n Hers Vanity units & Toilet. This room has patio Doors leading out to the pool it also has walk-in wardrobes with a built-in Electronic safe for your use, a 27" cable T.V with dvd & vcr,Telephone & clock radio. Next is the QUEEN MASTER SUITE also with en-suite bathroom with Double shower,Vanity unit & toilet this room also has access to the pool area,Built-in wardrobes,Cable T.V & Clock Radio. There is a further DOUBLE ROOM & Two TWIN ROOMS thses share the third Full bathroom with Bath,Shower,Vanity Unit & Toilet all have built-in Wardrobes Cable T.V & Clock Radios.
Step outside onto the patio which is SOUTH WEST Facing so sun all day long. Here you will find the 28x16ft Roman style pool with steps leading down into it making easy access for the elderly & small children, there is also a child safety fence around the pool to protect the little ones from getting in when you are not around to keep an eye on them. This can be removed if required. There is plenty of pool furniture also a Barbque so why not make good use of the Florida weather & Dine Al-Fresco as we have a large Patio Dining set for your use.Or after a long tireing but wonderful day at the Theme parks sit with a long cool drink by the floodlit pool or have a moonlight swim & if the evenings get a bit warm then turn on the cooling ceiling fans on the patio.Our Villa has been Fenced all around to give you Total Privecy when sunbathing,swimming or Dining Al-Fresco.
Our GAMES ROOM has an 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table a Darts Board & an Electronic Shoot The Hoop. Also Tennis Raquets for the on-site Tennis Courts.
All Linen & Towels are provided plus a Telephone with FREE local calls, 2 Cots & 2 Highchair& alsoHairdriers in all bathrooms & an Electronic Safe for passports, money, cameras etc. THE PRIDE is also fitted with a top security Alarm system & also smoke & Fire detectors in ALL rooms.We also provide Wireless Internet & High Speed Broadband FREE of charge for those of you that need to take your Laptops with you.
THE PRIDE has been awarded with the Prestigious American AAA Diamond Rating Award,so if youre looking for that somewhere special to stay whilst enjoying a Magical fun time at Disney etc then LOOK NO FURTHER everything is here to make your stay as Comfortable,Enjoyable & Memorable as possible.

We are surrounded by a number of very good Golf Courses & 5 mins up the road is a National State park where you can Fish Walk or go Boating.
Local shops & takeaways are only 2 mins away. Main shops & Restaurants are easily reached within 10 minuites from the villa
The Development of Orange Tree has Tennis Courts,Football pitch, Basketball court & a 5mile nature Trail.
