Constructed from the very finest Pine Wood with a local stone base and slate roof, they blend sympathetically into their surroundings only the very best is good enough at Artlegarth.



It goes without saying they are centrally heated.

The very finest fixtures, fittings and equipment have been personally selected by the owner to make you feel at home. The layout of the kitchen is designed with labour­ saving devices and quality units to make cooking a pleasure.



Three good size bedrooms .One Queen-size , one bunk room and a twin bedded room allows each lodges to sleep a family of 6 very comfortably .The cosy lounge with three piece suite Color Television, Video and music system. Patio doors lead on to the Veranda giving incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Artlegarth is bounded by dry stone walls, fringed on one side by a screen of trees, with spacious driveways and an ornamental pond and stream.

The fells and footpaths that surround Artlegarth are a paradise for walkers, whether your idea of a good walk is a stiff mountain climb or a meander along a gentle valley.

Is an unspoilt village near Kirkby Stephen in the upper Eden valley. The region is classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty with a wealth of activities on hand, Ravenstonedale lies between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District national parks. This situation provides 'the best of both worlds' with the amenities of both areas. At hand walking, golf, riding, fishing, Miles and miles of gently undulating country lanes await cyclists who wish to explore the region by this method. Buzzards, curlews, woodpeckers and thrush are but just a few of the species regularly sighted nearby
