Just bring your own food. It has a large ceramic tile bar with seating for 4. The dining area has a large oak table with seating for 6. Also located on the main level is the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and an adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. It has its own TV and private access to the main level deck.

The driveway and all roads are paved, with parking for three vehicles on private drive. Cobbly Nob roads are kept clear during inclement weather by the homeowners association. Being in the Village of Cobbly Nob provides you with privacy and 24-hour security. You also have access to the community's tennis courts and three pools.
