This is a recently built luxury large three bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It is situated on an elevated site 500 metres from the beach and village of la Cala. From the balcony and sitting room there are wonderful views of the Mijas Costa coast line. It is surrounded by luxury private villas. Behind are the scenic hills of Mijas, which can be seen from the three bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room.
The apartment has marble floors throughout. It is fitted with air-conditioning/heating and is furnished to a high standard. The building is of high quality and very secure having an intercom and lift. The apartment will comfortably accommodate six people

Fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher cooker, radio and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Sink and washing machine and portable clotheshorse.

Pool
There is a large pool with shallow end for children situated in the middle of lovely gardens. As many apartments are permanent homes of the residents the pool is little used. There are sunloungers around the pool.
On arrival at the airport there are plenty of local taxis available. There is also a train service from the airport to Fuengirola. A short taxi trip from Fuengirola to La Cala would be a cheaper option.
Private collection at the airport can also be arranged for ?35. The driver will take you to the local supermarket before dropping you off at Jardin Botanico. This service is also available for departure.
The towels and sheets are changed once weekly. There is no cleaning service. If you wish you could have it cleaned but you must pay for this directly to the lady who cleans.
There is a big supermarket in the village. If you spend over ?45 your shopping will be delivered free.
Insurance
It is very important to take out holiday insurance before travelling, as flights only have no insurance. The owners of this property are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during your stay.
Local Area DetailsThere are buses & taxi to all destinations from La Cala bus station (near Biddy Mulligans pub)
La Cala is a quiet and residential Spanish village but it has beautiful restaurants bars & beach all within walking distance. For more lively nightlife and shopping, Fuengirola 11kms, Marbella and Puerto Banus 16kms are a short bus or taxi ride away.
La Cala golf 1 & 2 are within 5km
Hipodrome floodlight horse racing 5km
There is a lovely market on Saturday in the square from 8 am to 2 pm. Well worth a visit.
