The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos fine restaurants grocery stores tourist shops all within walking distance and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico There is a fitness center and a Cyber Cafe about a block away Taxis and buses are always available as the main drag is a half block away The Marriot Hotel is right next door and has a great Casino several excellent restaurants with dining on the beach and live music every night Most of the island excursions Parasailing snorkeling Horseback riding etc can be arranged through them with the operators picking you up from the Hotel lobby Although being so close to such a busy area the condo is very quiet except of course for the constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach below This is NOT just a pretty viewYou are ON the Beach
