The house is a large villa built at the end of the XIX century, and restructured recently (actually always in progress, as everything is being improved in real-time).
It stands on a low hilltop but as well just 50 meters from the beach.
The place is in the middle of the east coast of Sicily, underneath the hill of Taormina, the beach is rocky, sandy or gravel.
The amenities present are all You may expect to find in a touristic town, except You will find Yourself in a deep-neture like environment, surounded by a large (2000 square meters) garden with flowers and fruit trees.
