The 2 floor villa is a 2 minute walk from the delightful, unspoilt rural village of Plan De La Tour, South of France providing inexpensive restaurants and well stocked shops. Tennis and Boules facilities are available plus nearby golf, cycling, sailing, diving etc. Conveniently located for exploring St Tropez, the Maures Mountains, the Riviera and Provence."Le Petit Jardin" is 5 miles or so from the beaches of Ste Maxime with St Tropez a short ferry crossing across the bay to avoid high season traffic or another 15 minutes by car in quieter months.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (double, twin and bunk beds), a large living area with dining table and sofas for 6, a fully refurbished marble topped provencal kitchen, new bathroom and shower and two toilets and a private garden and terrace with cast iron outside dining table and chairs. Three bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, a double with a view of the garden, and hillsides, a second twin bedroom with the same views and a further bedoom with a large bunk bed with views over the village square for the domaine. Sofas and armchair are located in the living area which also contains a new high specification stone tiled, marble topped and stainless steel appliance kitchen. A new bathroom comprising of sink,shower cubicle and toilet has just been installed. All in all a wonderful holiday location offering sun, sea, peace and nightlife nearby if desired.

The domaine is at the end of a short private road with a private parking space and from the bedroom window you can see the beautiful views of the boules area, hills and old village houses. The shared pool is a couple of hundred yards away and has amazing raised views of the area and village - it is also only 15 minutes to the beach at St Maxime opposite St Tropez. There is also a shared tennis court for use by renters.

The newly fitted luxury kitchen has marble tiled walls and worktop and Bosch appliances. The bathroom is also newly fitted with a shower cabin.

This really is the perfect location for a family holiday. Plan de la Tour is an authentic, traditional and quiet South of France french village with two boulangeiries-patisseries, six restaurants, a village bar/ café, a creperie and is populated by friendly locals.

Facilities include a swimming pool with additional childrens paddling pool and pool house next to the property, and is only a few minutes by car from many beaches, local mountains, forests, golf courses and of course the ultimate coastal towns of Ste Maxime and St Tropez and all of their colour and bustle in the summer. The village has tennis courts, childrens play area and boules. Nearby (5 minutes) is an Aqualand and a full outdoor sports centre.
