The villa is a 3 minute walk from the delightful, unspoilt rural village of Plan De La Tour providing inexpensive restaurants and well stocked shops. Tennis and Boules facilities are available plus nearby golf, cycling, sailing, diving etc. Conveniently located for exploring St Tropez, the Maures Mountains, the Riviera and Provence."La Petite Maison" is 5 miles or so from the beaches of Ste Maxime with St Tropez a short ferry crossing across the bay to avoid high season traffic or another 15 minutes by car in quieter months.

The accommodation comprises a large private terrace overlooking the terracotta roof tops against the backdrop of the Maures Mountains. Two bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, a double with a balcony and a twin. A double sofa bed is located in the large living area adjoining the new high specification kitchen. A new bathroom with separate shower is installed with two separate toilets. All in all a wonderful holiday location offering sun, sea, peace and nightlife nearby if desired.

There are only a few properties around the pool and outside July and August it tends to be very quiet - yet only 15 minutes to the beach at St Maxime opposite St Tropez.

Inside the villa is well equiped with a new kitchen and bathroom with bath with shower head and separate shower.
