In Loulé you have the weekly gipsy market beeing held every Saturday as well as the well known chapell of "Nossa Senhora da Piedade" who's festivities are held on two diferent days. The first (smalest) is on Easter Sunday wih the procession carrying the figure of "Nossa Senhora da Piedade" from her Chapel into Loulé's main Church. And two weeks after, the second (bigest) the procession back into her Chapel.

The Villages and beaches of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Quarteira, Vilamoura and Albufeira, with their well known Golf Courses, are between 15km and 20Km away and are very easy reached.
