Lago Vista is a pretty house overlooking Beznar Lake surrounded by orange groves. The house is fully equipped with every convenience for a lovely holiday with Satelite t.v., video, hi fi and nintendo consul/games. There is a huge sun terrace on the top floor with wonderful views. All windows have blinds and there are fans for the hot summer nights. Our private garden and swimming pool is a three minute walk from Lago Vista as are the local shop, bar and bakery. We have an english representative in the village for any assistance that my be required.
The house is perfectly situated for exploring the area with a view to buying property. Sierra Nevada Ski resort 40 minutes drive. There are now flights available direct from Liverpool & Standstead to Granada or any other airport to malaga/almeria.
Local Area DetailsThe area is suitable for families who like to relax but have the oportunity to visit the attractions and entertainment of nearby Granada and the beautiful seaside resort of Salobrena, both 20 minutes drive.
Ski-ing is available from December to April at the superb Sierra Nevada Ski Resort (40 minutes) Fishing is really good in Beznar lake and walking, mountain climbing, mountain biking and golfing are activities
in the immediate area. Lecrin Valley has an amazing amount of hot sunny days throughout the whole year, temperatures reach 30 degrees even in December.

About TransportThere is a bus connection from Granada Airport into Granada and then depending what time your flight arrives you could connect with a bus that passes the end of the road where the house is situated. This way car hire is not essential but highly reccomended
About BeachesThe nearest beach is at Motril alongside the golf course. This takes approx 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by local transport
