The beautiful holiday-home with a lush green garden is situated in a scenic area, and has a fantastic view over the sea to the nearby island Formentera. The distance to the neighboring houses is big enough, so that no disturbance is created. You can rent the whole house, or just the upper (90 m2) or lower (120 m2) appartement. If you live upstairs or downstairs, everywhere you have sunterraces with a beautiful view, living-room with sat-TV, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ place, washing-machine. The lower flat is especially luxurious with whirl-pool bath-tub, patio, studio, dishwasher and a big and sunny garden.
Both flats can be enlarged by the "guest-trakt", and can then be used by up to 6 Persons. The whole house can be used by groups up to 8 Persons
