Property Details of Costa Blanca Villa
Los Pinos is a private villa situated on a small dvelopment overlooking a pine forest - very peaceful. Only a 5 minute drive from the Arenal with its great restaurants and beautifully clean, safe sandy beach and 10 minute drive to the historic old town with lovely narrow streets for you to explore. The port also 10 minutes away has some wonderful fish restaurants from where you can see the days catch being unloaded.
This area of costa Blanca is known for its' wonderful climate and friendly people. There are no high rise buildings, yet only half an hour away is the bustling resort of Benidorm with plenty to do for people of all ages.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. one with king size bed, one with bunks and one with twin beds. the lounge has an original Andalucian beamed ceiling and wood burner, whilst the kitchen and two bathrooms have just been totally refurbished.
The large pool is private and well maintained and the large garden has just been landscaped to provide several seating areas as well as the poolside patio with barbeque.
Linen is provided and changed weekly
