Ryanair Announces Pay to Pee Plan
Tiffany PhillipsJust when airline customers started to think that budge airlines could not possibly charge for anything else, Ryanair announces its brand new pay to pee plan. Now, not only will customers be paying an extra fee to carry on bags, they will be paying extra to use the little boys room.
The well known budget airline, Ryanair, is now announcing its plans for travelers to pay either 1 euro or 1 pound for using the bathroom during flights. This plan means that on any flight that is less than one hour, passengers will have to pay to pee.
Right now the airline is currently working with Boeing to develop a coin operated door release on their bathrooms. Now when nature calls, passengers will only be able to do their business after they deposit money. Hopefully it’s not an emergency or passengers may not be able to hold it long enough to put their money in.
So what is the point of all of this? Well most people agree that it’s just another way for budget airlines to make even more money off of fees. Sure their prices are low, but now they charge extra on everything from bringing on bags to peeing. Soon they could charge for breathing the air on the plane.
However, budget airlines say that it is not like that. The whole idea is to encourage people to use the restroom before they board the plane. Why do they want people to do that? Well it’s because the airline wants to take out three to four restrooms out of most plans, giving the airline even more room for seats.
