New Big Brother Housemates Win Big Party
Helen YoungAlthough the new Big Brother housemates have only been in the house for less than 24 hours, they have already won everyone in the house a big party. Jo, JJ and Laura, who just recently arrived at the house, were given a special and secret task by Big Brother.
Each of the three new housemates were told that they had to tell minister Dave a story about themselves and must be repeated to him three times in its entirety. They were also given a key word to include in their tale.
If Dave figured that they were making it up or that it was part of a task, then they would fail. Laura was told to mention an elephant in her story. She told Dave she was traveling in Africa and was riding an elephant when she fell off, and it nearly trod on her head.
Jo, who is a make up artist, was told to use the words swimming trunks. Thus, she came up with a tale that she was 20 and wanted to get baptized. However, she was only wearing swimming trunks at the time so they refused to baptize her.
JJ, who is a boxer, had to use the name of the Welsh town of Merthyr Tydfil in his tale. Thus, JJ told Dave that his “JJ” tattoo was inked in that town.
Big Brother later told the newcomers that they had successfully repeated their story three times in two hours. Thus, they passed their task. The housemates gathered in the living room and enjoyed costumes, sweets and alcohol. Corin said that it was the best party ever.
