Kartika coolcabs offer chauffeur driven Mumbai services
Robert JonesA revolutionary service introduced in Mumbai a few years ago transformed the way tourists get around in the Indian metropolis.
Known for its hot, sultry weather and clogged roads, Mumbai is a daunting city to negotiate. The introduction of ‘coolcabs’; air conditioned taxis, has come as a relief to both tourists and locals, who now no longer need to battle the heat along with everything else India’s financial capital throws at them.
A new service being offered by one of the many coolcab companies in the city, Kartika, is the Radio Cab service. By this service, cars based on customer requirements are provided. Luxury cars, family vans to SUVs are provided based on the choice and need of the customer. Within twenty to thirty minutes of calling the helpline, a car is delivered to wherever the customer desires.
Each one of the cars provided is equipped with an air conditioner, music systems, and speakers. These cars have tinted windows to keep out the sun’s glare and also to provide a degree of anonymity to the customer. Also each car is exclusively chauffeur driven.
The chauffeur provided is assured to be a responsible and professional driver, the company claims. These drivers are exclusively trained and also their identity is verified before they are recruited.
All the drivers associated with the radio car services are linked by radio to a control room. The abs are constantly monitored and the location of each and every cab is tracked in its call center-control room to provide utmost security and reliability to the passengers.
